A Celebration of Black Well-Being
Our studio is committed to amplifying, uplifting and focusing on the well-being of Black Men, Women and Families. We continually provide programming and scholarship to prioritize the well-being of Black Lives all year long. This February we are offering a Complimentary series of classes every Sunday for Black Folks to honor their lives, celebrate their bodies and prioritize their wellness.
Below you will find a collection of Complimentary classes curated with love by Black Bodies, for Black Bodies in celebration of Black History.
The women of SHIFT are warm and welcoming and their dedication to the well-being of Black Lives is unmatched.
Each of them is a skilled yoga teacher and together they look forward to supporting their fellow brothers and sisters in the Black Community this February and beyond.
All classes below are Complimentary and for Black Folks ONLY.
Space is limited to 20 people in each class, so advanced registration is required to attend.
