Cierra discovered yoga as an escape from the hustle and bustle of every day stresses. After falling in love with Yin yoga, she recognized how disconnected her mind was from her body, and had a thirst for more. This desire eventually lead her to graduating with her RYT-200 from Willow Street Yoga in August 2018.
Cierra’s classes offer a warm welcoming space to become present and explore interconnectedness of breath, body and mind.
Cierra is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and passion-filled enthusiasm for yoga. Her classes are gentle and introspective, while focusing on postural alignment & asana execution that is organic to each students body.
Her principle intention is to share the practice in a way that is available to all: to meet people where they are, as they are.

Why You Love Teaching: Yoga gives me a sense of peace, being able to gift that to others is such an honor. I truly enjoy the shift of energy in the room.
When I’m not teaching you can find me: Out with my husband (who plays guitar at different local spots), reading a book, or taking a hike in the woods.
