Kelly is a lover of all things yoga, she is deeply invested in the path and has enjoyed digging in and being a life long student. Kelly has recently completed her 500 Hour yoga certification and is dedicated to sharing her wisdom with the community.
She has always had a passion for health and wellness and is a long time athlete, Most days you can catch her on a trail or enjoying a bike ride.
She has found a passion sharing these gifts with others and is committed to giving back.
Together with her life long best friend Kelly has created a business that gives back to the community and offers event, classes and camps for kids and families to connect Sole2Soul
Teaching Style: Ever evolving
Inspired By: My yoga teachers, books I read, what nature gives me.
Favorite Pose: Half Moon, which I'm going to change to blooming flower - it starts so small and then transforms into this amazingly beautifully open pose.
Morning Ritual: Letting my dogs run around while I get to check out what's new outside. and then COFFEE!
1st Yoga Experience: Columbia Association class with Mark. He offered a shoulder stand assist that felt so incredible that I knew there was so much more to this practice than just the poses.
Birthday: August 25th
Favorite Food: Chocolate! - it is going to be its own food group soon!
Family: (core family here, partner, kids, pets,). Chris - husband, James and Jon - sons, Obie, Klutch and Bella - 3 dogs.
Favorite Destination: The beach at sunrise
