We are on a mission to help our community live more mindfully in their lives outside of the yoga studio.
Here in the West we see an emphasis on yoga being about the poses performed on the mat, but the true definition of yoga is the science of the mind.
Meditation is an important part of gaining mastery of our minds and freeing ourselves from the nature of being consumed by our thoughts.
We vow to ensure that everyone in our community has access to the gifts of meditation. We dedicate our energy to giving back for those that might not have the extra time or income to be a regular member of the studio.
So we lovingly offer a free podcast with guided meditations so that the tools to freedom and wellbeing are accessible to all.
We record guided mindfulness meditations weekly live in class and upload them to our podcast for you to enjoy anytime you need to feel connected, loved and calm.
