Service Description

Yin is the new black! This delicious practice is our favorite! It targets the deep layers of connective tissues in the body through passive stretching. We strengthen the inner layers by ringing them out, which releases the deeply rooted, chronic tension our body stores. In Yin Yoga we spend much of the class sitting or lying down and we use props, gravity and time to rehydrate our joints and create ease in our bodies. We all need to restore and renew and Yin is the practice for everyone!!
