Beth brings a light, infectious zest for connecting. She is deeply warm and energetic and her laugh is super contagious. She enjoys sharing the practice with our community and is deeply committed to her own practice.
Cierra's classes offer a warm, welcoming space to become more present and explore interconnectedness of breath, body and mind. Her principle intention is to share the practice in a way that is accessible to all, to meet people where they are, as they are.
A breast cancer survivor, she utilized the message of cancer, and her unique background with Asian healing arts as an opportunity to radically change her life and to redefine her life purpose. Teaching qigong presents a perfect amalgamation of Dr. Ho's background, interests, and life passion in supporting the human journey towards greater physical, emotional and spiritual wholeness.

Kelly is a lover of all things yoga and is deeply invested in the path. She has always had a passion for health and wellness and is a long time athlete. She has found a passion for sharing these gifts with others and is committed to giving back.
Kia has been teaching for 20 years and loves sharing this path with all and showing others what a profound tool yoga is to help you breathe through life's challenges. She put this wisdom to use in her own life after the tragic death of her son. Yoga helped her discover peace again and it has lead her to be of service more deeply now and she finds personal healing and gratitude in every moment on the mat.

Latonya has the warmest heart of all. Her passionate guidance on the mat allows students to arrive into a deep sense of belonging within themselves.
Leading with the breath, Lisa guides us through a practice filled with inquiry. Lisa believes in yoga as a life practice, one that helps us both physically and mentally to move through life with a greater sense of ease and peace.
A hard working self starter, Megan has turned her passion for health, wellness and yoga into her life's work. Megan is a certified integrative health coach, wellness expert, author and speaker. She brings immense enthusiasm and grace to helping others transform their lives everyday both on and off the mat.
Meg is an embodiment teacher, healer and creator of Self Remembrance. It is her soul's mission & life's work to reconnect you to your body & the wisdom that lives within to inspire healing, transformational & embodied liberation. When receiving a class from Meg, you can count on being witnessed, held & guided into a practice that will nourish your Soul, body, mind & heart.
Nancy brings such positivity to each and every class. In addition to teaching breath-focused yoga classes, she serves as the volunteer coordinator for the Prison Yoga Project of Maryland.
Our resident song bird, Natalie has the voice of an angel and a presence so warm and comforting, it help dissolve stress. Her monthly Virtual Yoga Nidra sessions are not to be missed.
Margaret has been an athlete all her life, making her a huge advocate for recovery. She is passionate about myofascial release and loves sharing the practice with our community. She has found yoga to be profound to help her body maintain ease and she find immense joy in helping others find that ease within themselves.
