We are growing and looking for more authentic, heart centered female teachers and personal trainers to support our amazing community of students.

All levels of teaching experience are welcome to apply. 

We deeply desire to offer a more diverse teaching voice to our community.  We want to elevate and uplift the voice of more than just white women in our studio. We encourage teachers from BIPOC, LGBTQ+ communities to reach out.

FOR YOGA

If you love sharing the deeper spiritual juice of the path of yoga, adding inspiring messaging to your classes, connecting with students, spreading the power of self care and growing as a teacher, then you would love it here.​  We are looking for teachers who are trauma informed and share authentically and teach from the heart, continue to do anti racist work, honor and uphold the sacredness of yoga's roots and teach with reverence.   We welcome and encourage all voices to reach out.  We desire to have a diverse family of teachers to bring their viewpoint, experience and love to our students.

FOR STRENGTH

We are looking for Women trainers who are passionate about fitness and coach Women to discover a love for working out.  We are looking for coaches and trainers who teach beyond just the aesthetics of fitness and are passionate about living long and aging well and see strength training as a powerful tool for longevity.  Must be able to coach beginners and Women who have never lifted weights before.  We want trainers on our team who are obsessed with Women's Health and the Hormonal Journey of Midlife. 

Yoga Teacher

 (200 Hour Certification Required -

YA registration is not required)

Must be able to confidently guide:

  • yin yoga or restorative yoga

  • gentle and beginners

  • slow flow & flow

  • inclusive classes for all bodies

  • trauma informed classes

Personal Trainer/

Group Fitness Instructor

We are looking for female Certified Personal Trainers & Group Fitness Instructors

A Coach at SHIFT must:

  • Understand Progressive Overload

  • Understand Women's Health & Hormones

  • Be skilled at helping Women adapt exercises to their unique needs

  • Be empowering and welcoming
