Yin Yoga

What we do best.  This deeply chill & restful practice is perfect for everyone and offers a profound opportunity for healing your Body, Mind & Soul.  A passive style of yoga, yin targets the deeper fascia tissue in the body to provide you with more renewal, rehydration and spaciousness in your body.  You will rest, relax and stretch deeply.  We find it be be a very grounding practice and will settle and soothe the nervous system.
