What to Expect
Full Body Warm Ups
Estrogen loss leads to a stiffening of the tissues in the body and an increase in inflammation. So full body aches and pains after 35 is common for Women. Classes begin with a full body warm-up where we prime the muscles, improve mobility, and prep the nervous system for lifting.

4 Week Blocks
We teach Progressive Overload, which involves keeping the same exercises for several weeks in a row and increasing the weight slowly each week. This creates adaptive change and growth, allowing us to get stronger and stimulate lean muscle development. A new block begins the first week of each month with all new exercises.


Each strength training class will focus on the whole body. We will train the main compound movements in each class:
