My name is Jessie Kates and I am knee deep in perimenopause, running a business and trying to survive raising a teenage daughter and I see you!

I went through the most intense chapter of my life the year I turned 42.  I titled it "the year I fell apart."  It turned out to be the start of perimenopause, something I had never heard of before.  That lead me on an eye opening and simply amazing learning journey down the winding road of menopause eduction.  This journey has turned  into the biggest passion of my life.  Now a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, Menopause Educator and Public Speaker, I am creating a space for Woman to journey together in community and finally have access to the knowledge they deserve, the tools they need and the support of a lifetime to make this the best chapter yet.  So if you are looking for personal support for your journey or someone to come in a give a talk about menopause to your company - please reach out!
