Most of the people who walk through our doors have felt some version of this.

That’s exactly why we’ve created something different—
a space that feels supportive, welcoming, and easy to step into, whether you’re here for yoga, strength training, or simply a place to exhale.

How to Get Started

We keep it simple so you don’t have to overthink it

STEP 1

Start by purchasing our new student special.  Try us out for 2 weeks for $30 and explore our different classes at your own pace.

STEP 2

Book Your First Class.  Choose something that feels approachable - we've got options for every starting point.

STEP 3

Once you have your class booked, just walk in and we'll take care of the rest.  We'll be there to greet you, help you get set up and guide you every step of the way.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

We want you to feel comfortable before you even walk through the door.

  • Wear something you can move in

  • Yoga classes are barefoot

  • Strength classes = sneakers

  • We provide mats, props, blankets, and everything you need for strength training

  • Arrive about 10–15 minutes early so we can welcome you in

No rushing. No pressure. Just a gentle start.
