A guided warmup to relax tension, prepare your body, prime your muscles and stabilize your joints
Equipment
Bone building loading work that slowly progresses over 4 weeks to help you get stronger. We use resistance bands, dumbbells, barbells and other functional tools to help you become your strongest you yet
Strength Blocks
4 week strength blocks for lower body, upper body and core in every class
Support
Hands on coaching and cueing that is personalized to the unique needs of a Woman's body with our dynamite staff of female personal trainers
