SHIFT is Howard County's first yoga studio with an emphasis on the self care side of things. Here we practice yoga for renewal, release and restoration over yoga for fitness. We like to meditate rather than work on handstands. We are making a SHIFT back to the heart of what yoga is truly all about by shining a light on the meditative and spiritual core of the practice. We are a self care sanctuary for those who want to slow down, chill out, meditate and get nourished. We believe that when the body is cared for, stretched, hydrated and renewed we can awaken to that place of deep peace within us. We are on a mission to shine a spotlight on the importance of self care and use it as a tool to foster profound awakening.
