Our youth is just as stressed as we are. They deal with school, social interactions, home life, siblings, social media and more. They are dealing with it inside little bodies and minds that are still rapidly developing. We believe our kids need tools to self regulate, manage stress and be present and self aware. At SHIFT we offer weekly youth yoga classes offered in 4 week sessions to help teach our youth how to take care of their bodies and minds and develop a love for yoga.
