Community Appreciation Party!

If you have ever taken a class at SHIFT YOGA then you know the community of people here are magnificent.  It is the warmest, most welcoming places ever.  There is a profound amount of love and unconditional support here.

As you have experienced it is a huge part of our mission to express daily gratitude for each of you.  We have been doing it since we opened 4 years ago and we continue to do it each and every day, for this place would not exsist without you!!

These past 2 years have been profoundly difficult to navigate, fighting every day to remain open through shut downs and mandates, but we have survived and it is 100% becasue of you and your unwavering support.

So we are throwing a party to celebrate you and express our deep deep appreciation for all you have done to keep this sweet self care…
