Community Appreciation Party!

If you have ever taken a class at SHIFT YOGA then you know the community of people here are magnificent.  It is the warmest, most welcoming places ever.  There is a profound amount of love and unconditional support here.

As you have experienced it is a huge part of our mission to express daily gratitude for each of you.  We have been doing it since we opened 4 years ago and we continue to do it each and every day, for this place would not exsist without you!!

These past 2 years have been profoundly difficult to navigate, fighting every day to remain open through shut downs and mandates, but we have survived and it is 100% becasue of you and your unwavering support.

So we are throwing a party to celebrate you and express our deep deep appreciation for all you have done to keep this sweet self care studio afloat.

Join the SHIFT YOGA Team as we gather for a Community Appreciation Party.  Come hang out with the most loving community around on Tuesday, September 13 from 6:00-8:00pm at our Outdoor Pavilion at St. Paul's Church (3 mintues from the studio)

Let's gather, connect, hang out, bond, relax, laugh and celebrate the love that makes this place so special.  

• Our beloved teacher Cierra's husband Mike is a part of our family and happens to be a talented musicain.  He will be jamming out providing some live music for us to vibe out to.

• Our favorite female owned local small business Sunset Raw Juice Bar will be on site with their brand new Food Truck selling smoothies, fresh pressed juices and acai bowls to purchase (all items $7)

• Wine will be provided and you are more than welcome to bring a guest with you to hang out.  

Party is FREE and open to All, please rsvp so we know how much wine to purchase.  

Come hang out for a chill night of good food, good music and good company!!!
