New Moon Cacao Event

Join Tess, yoga instructor and certified life & mindset coach for a heart opening evening in the wake of the new moon & solar eclipse. During this workshop we will:

Drink Cacao: A medicinal drink that has been consumed for thousands of years in Aztec & Mayan culture, in an effort to allow heart opening and subsequent soul level healing in our safe, non-judgmental community. 

Journal: Prompts will reflect upon our life’s journey over the last 18 months, in alignment with the cycle the eclipse is closing out. What habits can we change or add more of as an act of self love. How can we pivot where we need to while maintaining compassion for self and the world around us?
