Join us as we celebrate our studio and our special community with a powerful ceremony to heal and open our hearts. Join us for gentle movement, breath work, a sacred cacao ceremony and a sound bath to bring us into a deep state of meditation and openness. Not to mention it is all enjoyed outside!!

It's time to celebrate our sweet little studio as she turns 4 this July! Join Jessie and the beloved teachers of SHIFT as we welcome a very special guest Johanna Olivas to guide us through a powerful Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing to celebrate the Anniversary of our SHIFT YOGA Community.
Are you ready to journey into your own heart? You will feel the expansiveness of your heart. Cacao is filled with several potent healing properties that will aid in opening the heart as we go deeply into meditation. Cacao is gentle & expansive carrying a love-filled energy.
We will begin with gentle movements and breath work to prepare the body and mind to receive the healing sounds of the, alchemy crystal singing bowls and Himalayan metal singing bowls, chimes and more. Participants will also get to enjoy ceremonial grade cacao to prepare the body for the sound healing…
