Service Description
The heart of this workshop is about tapping into the releasing nature of Autumn to become more self-aware and self-accepting as we head towards the holiday season and end of the year. This seasonal workshop has been lovingly curated by Casey and Tess with the intention to offer a thoughtful flow of yoga practices to guide participants to be able to release what no longer serves us; therefor, creating space to welcome in a new perspective surrounding our yoga practice and our selves. Workshop Flow 1. It begins with somatic movement to relax and warm-up the body. 2. Mild heated flow designed to release emotions and gently challenge ourselves. 3. Self myofascial techniques will be incorporated to calm the body and release tension. 4. Yoga nidra practice designed to help us unwind and expand the mind. 5. Closing with an affirming meditation that will inspire us to set intentions for the busy season ahead. Props and modifications will be provided to create a space where everyone can participate authentically. Join Casey, Tess and the SHIFT community as we honor the new season in our lives. Together we will let go of the unnecessary expectations we set for ourselves in both our yoga practice and personal lives and unlock more ease and freedom.
