StongHER Science

Your Weekly WHY Behind It All

Finally understand what is happening inside your changing body.

For too long, women have been handed confusing, conflicting, and often fear-based messages about aging, hormones, fitness, and  nutrition.

Eat less.
Move more.
Push harder.
Try this supplement.
Fix your hormones.
Start over Monday.

No wonder so many women feel overwhelmed.

The truth is, your body isn't broken.  It is adapting.

And when you understand the why behind what is happening, you can finally stop fighting your body and start supporting it.

The Vision

StrongHER Science is a weekly science-backed conversation where I break down the research behind strength training, menopause, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and healthy aging—without the jargon, fear, or misinformation.

Because women deserve more than another list of things to "fix."

They deserve to understand themselves.

It is a season where we become more informed, more intentional, and more powerful.

What You Can Expect Every Week

Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

Every Tuesday, you'll receive a thoughtful conversation about the things women over 40 are asking about most:

Why does strength training become so important in midlife?

Why does protein matter more now?

Why does sleep suddenly feel different?

Why does recovery require more attention?

Why does your body respond differently than it did 20 years ago?

Why are we still being told outdated advice about women's health?

Together, we'll explore the science behind:
