Service Description
Prenatal Yoga is amazing for managing the mental/emotional/physical aspects of growing a babe. This 6 week series is meant to support moms through the ever changing nature of pregnancy. Each class will encourage you to breathe deep, focus your mind, strengthen and stretch your body as all these are helpful for birthing your baby (no matter HOW you birth!). Meeting every birthing person where they are, options will be given to modify or spice up your practice. Poses to help with physical ailments like back pain, round ligament pain, sciatica, etc. will be offered as well as breathing exercises for certain mental challenges that arise from growing your baby. There will be time to connect with other moms in the community, because we all need support during pregnancy and beyond. The 5th week of each 6 week session is a very special Partner Class where you get to bring your birthing partner with you to class for a very special bonding experience through yoga.

We are so excited to see you soon. Please be advised we lock the studio doors to keep our students' bodies and belongings safe while they are in our care. If you run late - there is a doorbell to gain entry. You can easily cancel or reschedule your booking anytime by navigating to the "My Bookings" Tab under your profile on our website.
