Through ancient postures and gentle flowing movements, meditation, awareness of breath and exploration into the spaciousness of the internal body, we learn to harness the internal art of qigong and balance, mind, body and spirit. Suitable for all levels of health and fitness and can be modified for those who are not able to stand for long periods. Can be practiced with or without mats, or in socks. For those pregnant, contraindications for certain qigong movements and pressure points.
