This class is an opportunity for folks to learn the deep impact yoga can have to promote well-being and healing. The pace of this class is super chill, slow and immensely gentle and incorporates breathing practices and guided relaxation. Therapeutic yoga is great for anyone as you will bring your system back into a state of deep balance, but it is also a perfect practice for anyone with an injury or imbalance in the body they are working on and great support for those feeling the effects of stress, anxiety, depression and overwhelm. Therapeutic yoga takes the approach that it isn't about what we do, but how we do it, that turns everyday yoga practices into a healing ointment for our body and mind.
